Hansaprint wants to be a pioneer. We focus on continuously developing new solutions in addition to existing products and services. For us, it is not enough to simply improve existing things. We also want to offer our clients new opportunities in the multi-faceted field of communications. We are especially happy to cooperate with our clients, because it helps us to find the optimal solution for the client.

Det Norske Veritas (DNV) granted us our first ISO 9001 quality certificate already in 1996. The ISO 9001 certificate covers all Hansaprint operations located in Finland: in addition to printing services, it also covers products for point-of-sale marketing, books, the development of IT systems, support services, production equipment maintenance and the production of personalised direct marketing products, housing company share certificates and regular customer products.

Hansaprint has focused on developing quality for years. Both of our factories follow a quality system (ISO 9001) that includes the responsible handling of environmental issues (ISO 14001) as an integrated part.

At Hansaprint, continuous improvement of quality equals rationalisation and finding the most efficient methods. Our quality indicators include customer satisfaction, delivery reliability, employees' satisfaction and the profitability of operations.
