Merger of Hansaprint Direct Oy into its parent company Hansaprint Oy

As a part of simplification of Hansaprint Group, Hansaprint Direct Oy will merge into its parent company Hansaprint Oy on 28 February 2010.

The merger is a universal succession where all assets and liabilities, contracts with their rights and obligations will transfer from the merging company to the receiving company as they are, without any change. Hansaprint Oy will automatically become the contracting party in all contracts in force, open offers and other obligations after 1 March 2010.
