Hansaprint focuses its services and organisation

Bookmark and Share
Hansaprint has refined its services and organisation in order to meet its customers' marketing and communication needs even better. Increasingly, every marketing investment has to generate measurable results, driving constant improvement of the efficiency and impact of marketing. Hansaprint's ambition is to become its customers' most versatile partner for implementing effective marketing, as the Finnish market leader in high-volume printing, targeted marketing communication and multichannel services.

Hansaprint services areas are now:

  • Printing services
  • Multichannel services
  • Marketing services

Printing services
Printing services are the core of Hansaprint operations, in which we believe even in this time of media turmoil. Print continues to offer an excellent user interface that gives, for example, magazine readers luxury into everyday life.

Hansaprint's print services include, among others, magazines, customer custom publications, various kinds of marketing material, brochures, magalogues, product catalogues and point-of-sale materials. Direct mass mailing as well as targeted marketing communication and customer mailings continue to be an important part of our printing services. We also believe in the future of books, especially in print-on-demand.

Part of its printing services Hansaprint produces itself, but part is delivered by our printing partners, of which. the sheet-fed printing specialist Newprint Oy is the most important. Newprint is our sister company within the TS Group, of which Hansaprint owns 40%.

In addition to the actual printing, a range of additional services, from prepress to storage and logistics, form an important part of printing services. Our customers appreciate that their needs are catered to, either by a customer service officer or with the aid of a system solution, such as HansaDeli or HansaEspresso, that facilitates the management of the printing process.

Multichannel services
Some companies are already familiar with multichannel services, while others are still at the starting blocks. Practically all companies have a website, but addressing customers in an individual and consistent manner still requires a lot of work. By combining our printing services with our sister company Luovia's e-media solutions and expertise in targeting customers, we can introduce new solutions to the market. Public examples of this are campaigns presented on our website, for instance, the prize-winning opening campaign for a new Masku furniture store. Our goal is always to generate measurable and effective multichannel marketing!

In multichannel services Hansaprint's strategic partner is Luovia Oy, a sister company 100% owned by TS Group.

Marketing services
Hansaprint's customers are constantly looking for more comprehensive solutions, not just separate campaigns, printing projects or systems. They want to design marketing operations where the marketing activities will be made as smoothly, efficiently and in the most replicable way possible.

Our marketing services combine customer analytics, conceptualising and designing campaigns as well as measuring the results. In its most comprehensive form, our services cover part of the customer's marketing process to the extent that we guarantee measurable results in the form of new sales or other jointly agreed conversions.

Hansaprint's business model as of 1 September 2009:
Hansaprint's business units are Print and Direct, which are responsible for their respective business area, from sales to production. The business unit management groups will run the operative management of the unit, using the unit's sales, result and production efficiency as their guidelines.

Several of Hansaprint's key customers utilise a broad spectrum of the services offered by Hansaprint and our strategic partners, Luovia and Newprint. To cater for these key customers, we have established a joint sales management team that leads key customer relations and develops our product and service portfolio with the customer's view in mind. The sales management team is also in charge of developing the common sales model of Hansaprint, Luovia and Newprint.

On Hansaprint Group level, the management and business strategy are the task of Hansaprint Oy's new management team.
