New services
As our vision states, we aim to be a forerunner in the utilisation of new printing and communication technologies and an innovative developer of new solutions. We also work for the commercialisation of new services and business concepts in cooperation with our customers. Ever wider and customer-specific solutions are being develop to complement current services. These new services are productised, similar to for instance our HansaBook and HansaDeli services.
Other support functions
The support functions of the Hansaprint Group serve Hansaprint's customers and business units. Support functions include marketing and communications, quality and environmental functions (Q&E), financial administration, HR development (HRD), data administration and printing systems solutions
(Hansa IT).
Business units
Hansaprint business has been divided into two business units.
The Direct business unit's services include customer marketing and communication solutions, Print-on-Demand from data storages and related logistical services. Specialities of the Direct business unit include digital printing using electrophotography and ink-jet technologies as well as image personalisation and Web2Print-solutions, among others. The Direct business unit's production units and print planning services are located in Turku and Vantaa.
The services of the Print business unit include large volume printing (for example magazines and customer magazines, directories, direct marketing products and product catalogues) and related binding and mailing services. The unit's main production technology is heatset printing. The production facilities as well as the Prepress are located in Turku and Vantaa.
Customer relations and sales
Hansaprint offers customer-oriented communication solutions and professional service.
Each Hansaprint customer is served by their own Customer responsible, typically a Sales Manager, serving the customer's communications needs. Customer service officers, are responsible for the fluent service process of each print job. For large and complex clients with diverse needs we set up special Key Customer Teams with experts from the various Hanaprint units as well as Nitro and Newprint.
Hansaprint's business has been divided into business units, with an end-to-end business responsibility, from sales and customer service to production and deliveries. Sales managers and business unit sales directors work in the business units, but their customer responsibility covers Hansaprint, Nitro and Newprint.
